“Today I declare publicly that I have personally trusted and received Jesus Christ as my Savior and LORD. I now commit myself and all that I have to serve the LORD. As a member of Bethel Community Church I promise to pursue holiness and Christian maturity. I will submit to the leadership of Bethel, regularly attend worship services. I agree to participate in Bethel’s ministries and to give consistently of my time and finances in support of these ministries. My personal life will include family and private prayer, and the reading and obeying of God’s Word. As I relate to others, I will follow the Lord Jesus Christ’s example of meekness and humility and be accountable to Him. I make this covenant before you and God and will seek to fulfill it until my membership is ended.”
